Dior J’adore In Joy – Review

Dior J’adore In Joy – Review

A perfume is something you smell, something that makes you feel something, remember a memory or create a new one. It should be a joy that surrounds you and brings out a hidden part of you. dior J’adore In Joy (165 CAD/100 ml and 119 CAD/50 ml) is described as a joyful fragrance, like a new call to life. Who wouldn’t want to enjoy that joy and smell that joy that is as beautiful and powerful as the life force. The perfume was sent to me as part of a press kit, where I will present some details about the fragrance and the creativity.

Dior perfumer Francois Demachy delved into the floral nature of J’adore and embellished it with the bold charm of a new fruity and floral savory note. The new product is an original and surprising savory treat. “With J’adore In Joy, I created an original fruity savory note that makes white flowers sparkle,” he says of the fragrance. This “Fleur de Sel” is modern and literally “smells” of joy.

The top note of Dior J’adore In Joy is the finest and most delicious sea salt. The middle notes are saba jasmine, neroli, tuberose and ylang ylang (ylang ylang comes from Madagascar and is custom-made in Grasse, transformed to bring out the savory side of this amazing flower). The base note is peach_. In terms of notes, this perfume has a hint of salt in the warm floral notes. This is a great summer fragrance. To me, it smells more like a clean and fresh floral with a salty note. The freshness comes from a wonderful blend of jasmine and ylang ylang, and there is nothing better than a citrus scent. The fresh floral saltiness blends into the honeyed fullness of juicy, fruity peach. It lasted about 5-6 hours on my skin. The packaging comes in a beautiful peachy-gold glass bottle with a raised base that diffuses light.

The fragrance is available on the website in 50ml and 100ml sizes.
