As the name suggests, inflammations can be caused by allergens or blockages. Acne is a popular known form of skin inflammation. Oily skin

If you have an oily skin, your skin may look coarse, shallow, and oily. Moreover, your skin may have tendency to have large pores and pimples, whiteheads, and blackheads. The touch of your skin is sticky and the texture of your skin may be thick. However, oily skin gives the appearance of a younger skin, because of the oil presence on the skin. In addition, if you are having oily skin, your make up gets absorbed easily and oiliness appear more frequently on your skin.

Dry skin

If you have a dry skin, you can observe that the skin type has a fine texture and has a transparent look. Your skin may lack natural oils and may look flaky along with small pores, blemishes, and blackheads. Moreover, it may feel particularly dry even after cleaning.

Combination skin

Daily Skin Care Routine For Oily Skin

Cleansing is an essential step for skin care of oily skin. It is advisable to wash your face about two to three times in a day. This number should depend upon how much you sweat you have to clear your pores. It is better to look for a gentle cleanser which is free of sulfates and any other harsh ingredient which can make your skin dry. Cleansers which contain benzyl peroxide, glycolic acid, beta-hydroxy acid, and salicylic acid can help you in cleaning up your acne as well as blackheads.Then use tonic which will remove remaining dirt from your skin. Next, look for a lightweight moisture which is water based. Moreover, the moisturizer should be oil free and non comedogenic.Note,it’s recommended to apply rich  hydrating mask at least once a week,to preserve skin quality.

Daily Skin Care Routine For Dry Skin

Wash your face with lukewarm or warm water and finish with cold water.Next, use a cleanser which is especially designed for dry skin. It is advisable to skip the deodorant soaps or cleanser which may lead to drying up of your skin. Do not wash your face more often,as water may strip moisture from your skin. Try to choose a cleanser with surfactants such as polysorbate 85 or 60. Look for cleansing milk or creamy lotions which can assist the skin in retain its water content.Then use a toner,which will remove any residual dirt from your face.When you finish with cleansing phase,apply rich hydrating moisturizer.Note,it’s recommended to apply hydrating mask at least once a week,especialy if you have dehydrated skin.
